Refund policy
Due to the personal nature of hair care products, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we will gladly assist customers if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The wrong item was received
• The package was lost in transit
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Refund & Replacement Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
To request assistance, customers must provide:
• Order number
• Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once the issue is reviewed, we may offer one of the following:
• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
